Where to eat in Sète - organic food and “gourmet health”!

Les Halles Solanid*

How to enjoy good food in Sète

It’s possible to enjoy eating out without breaking the bank with dishes where each ingredient is chosen for both its taste and its nutritional virtues - getting rid of bad fats (selecting foods rich in omega 3) and unnecessary sugars, using spices and herbs instead of salt, bringing vegetable proteins (cereals and legumes provide a good source of antioxidants) back into fashion and making the most of seasonal fruit and vegetables. Our restaurant in Sète offers a menu put together by the kitchen and dietetic staff along with micro-nutritionist Doctor Dominique Bourgoin.

A commitment
to well-being

We enjoy caring for the environment

Our commitment to acting responsibly does not end on the plate - all the packaging used is biodegradable and made from organic materials with no endocrine disruptors. The establishment also uses low-energy lighting and all waste is sorted.

Eating at Halles Solanid

You can also rent a bike at our partner's, a stone's throw from the hotel.
The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 3pm.
To enjoy a small dish in the evening, in the living room or in your room, is possible on simple request at the reception.

Sète’s delicatessen

A selection of good local produce, including local wines, tapenades, biscuits and confectionary,
